BUILDING UPDATES

We would like to inform you about the current repairs and updates to the elevators at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment, as well as the available access options to the second and third floors during this period. Our building management recognizes the importance of maintaining safe and reliable elevator systems for the convenience of all tenants and visitors. In line with this commitment, we are undertaking comprehensive repairs and updates to our elevators. These repairs are essential to ensure the continued smooth operation and longevity of our elevator systems.

We're thrilled to share some exciting news with you all: a new elevator is on order!
This new addition will replace the East elevator near the Water Tower parking lot.  We couldn't be happier about this upgrade, as we know it will improve accessibility and convenience for everyone in our creative community.
We'll be sure to keep you updated with any significant progress from the contractors as we receive updates. Your safety is our top priority, and we can't wait for you to experience the benefits of this new elevator firsthand.

During the repair period, the elevators will be temporarily out of service. However, we understand that access to the upper floors is a necessity for many of our tenants and guests. Stairs are available to access the second and third floors. The stairwell is maintained and well-lit to provide a safe passage to these floors. We encourage everyone to exercise caution while using the stairwell and to consider any mobility challenges that might impact their use of the stairs.
