Tony Triolo has been a professional photographer for over 35 years. He began his career as a photojournalist and editor which helped him develop a discerning eye for the things around him. Having spent most of his adult life in North Alabama, he acquired a true appreciation for the scenic richness of the Tennessee Valley. He always attempts to find beauty and artistic expression in even the most ordinary of places. Tony has traveled extensively and has captured some amazing images from around the world. His photographs have been widely published in books and magazines throughout the United States. The studio on the first floor of the Lowe Mill exhibits some of Tony’s favorite images. He combines film and digital methods to create truly unique giclèe prints on fine art paper. Most images are printed “straight”, without any manipulation, while others utilize a variety of technical methods to help convey a special look or feel and which allow him the opportunity to render photographically the essence of what he originally hoped to capture. Stop by studio 129 and see the selection of matted and framed limited-edition prints. Less expensive matted prints are also available in a variety of sizes. Tony is always printing up new images from his extensive catalog of files, so plan a return visit to see his latest offerings. When not out photographing someone or something, Tony also operates a film and print scanning business called White Glove Scanning. If you have old negatives, slides or photographs you need digitized, give us a call. We'll be glad to help you. |
