My name is Demetria Parker and I am the founder/owner of Designs by Demetria. I started designing jewelry as a stress relief. It was solely for myself because I wanted certain accessories to go with certain outfits. Then people wanted me to start making them necklaces and earrings. A passion was started. My style is not really defined. I use whatever materials are provided to me. You can see anything from beads, wire to even washers and nuts. People often bring me broken pieces for me to fix or old pieces for me to revamp. In my space you will also find duct tape purses and wallets. I am always looking for new things to do and can usually be found in my space on Saturdays from 12-4. |
