This is a gentle yoga class led by Experienced CYT 200 yoga instructor Cindy Phillips. Great for all experience levels, this class combines stretching, strength building, and balance poses to leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
I draw from aspects of vinyasa and Iyengar yoga, coordinating movements with breathing and focusing on proper alignment.
Enter through stairwell doors #11 or #16. Wear comfortable stretchy clothing, bring water, and bring your mat if you have one. Some mats, blocks, straps, and blankets available; first come first served. Cash or cards accepted.
