What is PechaKucha and PechaKucha Nights? These events focus on visual creativity using presentations from artists, architects, photographers, fashion designers, interior designers, graphic designers, product designers— basically anybody making things! PechaKucha 20×20 is a simple presentation format where you show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The images advance automatically, and our presenters talk along to the images. This month we have a great line up of innovative makers coming to discuss visual creativity in Huntsville. Your purchase of a ticket includes one drink and a live performance form talented Huntsville musician Remy Neal.
We celebrate the creative class of the cities in the greater Huntsville area – Northern Alabama, the Tennessee Valley. PechaKucha Nights are not a platform for commercial promotion, political agendas, or debates on social issues. Our purpose is to unite our communities through creativity. PechaKucha nights are quarterly. Come out for all three events: March 29, June 14, August 30 and November 29.
