Come spend Friday the 13th with your hands in clay, and make yourself a sweet bud vase for those late fall blooms and foliage! We’ll spend two hours on our first night of class working with clay on the potter’s wheel. Then, come back for our second session and spend an hour glazing your pots. Leave them with us to fire, and in two weeks come pick up your brand new pottery!
This class is perfect for beginners or intermediate potters who can’t commit to a full class, but can’t wait to get their hands muddy. Beverages welcome (snacks are fine, too, but a bit more difficult with muddy hands). The fee for this course covers two nights of instruction (2 hours the first night, 1 hour the second night), clay (enough for two pots per student), firing, glazes, and tools. Please bring an old towel to drape across your lap, and an apron if you’d like.
Just click the “Tickets” link to register.
Note: This class meets October 13 and 27; if you catch us between a class, just visit the event website for more classes.
