“I am a floral designer, focusing on unique, untamed floral pieces that incorporate foraged botanicals. My work is wild, unruly, and inspired by Dutch Masters paintings. I am much more than a ‘florist’ or ‘flower shop,’ and although I support myself by doing weddings and events, I see my work as an art form with nature as my medium.

What sets my work apart from a typical florist is that I try to focus on keeping my work as sustainable as possible. I forage at least 50% of the product I use, by clipping seasonal greenery and textures from overgrown areas and using flowers from my own garden. I also use local and regional flower farms as much as possible.”
